The holder of the right to possess firearms may be authorized, upon request, to use the firearms owned in an authorized shooting range, if they have passed a technical inspection in the last 5 years. The application shall include: - identification data of the applicant; - the shooting range where the firearm or, as applicable, the firearms will be used; - the travel itinerary; - as applicable, the means of transport used. Firearms collectors may be authorized, upon request, to transport and use the firearms owned in their collection for participating in cultural, artistic, or historical events organized by institutions or organizations with relevant responsibilities. In order to obtain the authorization, the applicant shall submit a request specifying: - his/her identification data; - the location of the event; - the firearms owned; - the travel itinerary; - as applicable, the means of transport used; - the place where the firearms are kept; - a nominal invitation from the organizer.*
