The National Archives authorizes economic operators to provide archival services for the storage, conservation, restoration, bookbinding, archival processing, and use of the documents they hold, in accordance with the provisions of the National Archives Law no. 16/1996, republished.
I. Information stage
The application form and the documents required for authorization are published on the National Archives website. An agreement regarding the processing of personal data is added.
II. Evaluation stage
Operators shall submit the file to the county structure of the National Archives where they have their registered office.
