In order to change the domicile or residence mentioned in the weapon permit, the holder of the right to possess or, as the case may be, to carry and use lethal or non-lethal weapons subject to authorization must submit to the competent police authority in whose territorial jurisdiction the new address is located, an application accompanied by the following documents: a) the applicant's identity card, in original and copy, showing the new domicile or residence; b) the weapon permit, in original and copy; c) as the case may be, proof of legal possession of the premises where the weapons will be kept, according to the provisions of these methodological norms.*
