Residents of member states or foreigners who do not have domicile, residence or, as the case may be, place of residence in Romania, may procure, during their trip to Romania, hunting, shooting or collectible weapons, or ammunition. Based on the authorization, the gunsmith or intermediary transfers or, as the case may be, exports the weapons to the buyer's domicile. The authorization for the acquisition of weapons and ammunition by individuals with domicile, residence or place of residence outside Romania is valid for 90 days.*
