Details
In order to carry out the transfer of explosives from a member state to Romania, the recipient located on Romanian territory must obtain a transfer authorization from the General Directorate of Police of Bucharest Municipality or from the county police inspectorate at the place of destination, as applicable. The authorization for the transfer of explosives for civil use is issued only to persons authorized to carry out operations with explosive materials. This authorization is issued for a determined period and can be suspended or withdrawn at any time based on a motivated decision.
