Legal entities that carry out operations with explosive materials are required to obtain, in advance, authorization issued by the territorial labor inspectorate together with the county police inspectorate or the General Directorate of Police of the Municipality of Bucharest, in the area where they carry out their activity. The authorization is obtained only upon the request of the interested party and for a determined period of time, being subject to annual validation by the issuing authorities. Failure to present the authorization for validation within 15 days from the expiry date results in the loss of the holder’s right to carry out operations with explosive materials.
