Legal entities that carry out operations with explosive materials are required to obtain, in advance, the authorization issued by the territorial labor inspectorate together with the county police inspectorate or the General Police Directorate of the Municipality of Bucharest, within whose jurisdiction they operate. The authorization is obtained only at the request of the interested party and for a determined period, requiring annual endorsement by the issuing authorities. Failure to present the authorization for endorsement within 15 days from the expiration date results in the loss of the holder's right to perform operations with explosive materials.
