Natural and legal persons authorized to carry out operations with pyrotechnic articles may organize fireworks displays with pyrotechnic articles from hazard categories F2, F3, and F4, after obtaining in advance, for each display performed, an approval from the police inspectorate of the county within whose jurisdiction the fireworks display takes place, or from the General Directorate of Police of the Municipality of Bucharest for those organized within the capital. The approval is obtained after submitting a request accompanied by supporting documents by the applicants, analysis, and the carrying out of operative checks by specialized a.e.s.p. personnel.*
