Holders of type A and type B gun permits are required, before the expiry of the validity of these documents, to submit to the competent police authority within the county police inspectorates or the General Directorate of Police of the Municipality of Bucharest, in whose territorial area they reside, have their residence or place of residence, a file which must include the following documents: a) standard application form; b) the applicant's identity document, in original and copy; c) the gun permits, in original and copy, as well as to present the firearms registered therein; d) the medical certificate provided for in art. 5 para. (1) letter c), in original and copy; e) a psychological opinion, in original and copy, showing that the applicant is fit to possess, carry and use lethal or non-lethal weapons and ammunition subject to authorization, issued no more than 6 months prior to the submission of the application, by a psychologist authorized to carry out such tests, certified according to the law; f) the documents provided for in art. 5 para.
