This public service is addressed to funding applicants (public and private institutions) from non-reimbursable European funds dedicated to the domain of Internal Affairs, namely: the Asylum, Migration and Integration Fund (AMIF), the Internal Security Fund (ISF), and the Instrument for Border Management and Visa Policy (BMVI). The process of evaluating, selecting, and approving the granting of funding for these projects is carried out according to specific procedures, developed in the application of the provisions of Regulation (EU) 2021/1060 of the European Parliament and the Council of 24 June 2021, establishing common provisions for the European Regional Development Fund, the European Social Fund Plus, the Cohesion Fund, the Just Transition Fund, and the European Maritime, Fisheries and Aquaculture Fund, as well as establishing financial rules applicable to these funds, and to the Asylum, Migration and Integration Fund, the Internal Security Fund, and the Instrument for Financial Support for Border Management and Visa Policy, as well as the specific regulations for each managed fund. The IT system allows electronic communication and document exchange regarding the implementation in Romania of the national programs related to the European Funds Dedicated to Internal Affairs, according to the requirements in EU Regulation 1060/2021. The main functionalities of the application are as follows: - managing project calls by a Program Authority: the Directorate for Non-Reimbursable External Funds from MAI—as the Managing Authority (MA), or by the General Inspectorate for Immigration – Asylum, Migration and Integration Intermediate Body (OIFAMI); - submitting funding requests, their evaluation and the contracting of funds; - managing funding contracts for approved funding requests; - program management, managing activities, checks and workflows at the level of the responsible authorities; - reporting to the European Commission.*
