To access the services for Extension of the operating authorization (the process by which the extension of the operating authorization for the representative office is ensured) the following steps are required:

  1. Authentication (the platform allows authentication with ROeID and eIDAS).
  2. Submitting documentation.
  3. Sending clarification response (only if applicable).
  4. Downloading artifact (authorization).
