Details

The activities regarding the preparation of documents necessary for classification as disabled and the granting of beneficiaries’ rights after obtaining the certificate are within the competence of the Town Hall, through its specialized services. The DPAS has the role and responsibility of ensuring that this activity is carried out in accordance with legal provisions. The DPAS staff checks the data and documents presented by the beneficiary/guardian and synthesizes the information in the social inquiry.
