The procedure is intended for drugstores for setting up a chief drugstore unit-chief pharmacist or chief pharmacy medical assistant. The Ministry of Health, the Directorate for Medicine Policy and Medical Devices is simultaneously notified. The documents are sent electronically with a qualified digital certificate—advanced electronic signature, to the Alba Public Health Directorate.
