In order to grant the supplement for the consumption of solid and/or petroleum fuels, the person with responsibilities in the field of social assistance from the mayor's specialized apparatus compiles monthly the centralizing situation, the model of which is provided in annex 17 of HG.1073/2021. The centralizing situation is approved by the mayor and sent to AJPIS Botoșani, both in print and electronic format.
The town halls will upload in the Required Documents section, both in electronic and print format, the situation regarding the beneficiaries and the amount of the supplement for the consumption of solid and/or petroleum fuels (annex 17).
