The change of the payment method for the social benefit as a state allowance for children can be requested at the County Agency for Payments and Social Inspection Botoșani, by the legal representative or beneficiary (the child), based on the document attesting their identity.
The change of the payment method refers to how the social benefit is received, namely by bank account or by postal order.
If the bank account payment option is chosen, the standardized application must be accompanied by a bank statement that includes the name of the legal representative, or, as the case may be, the beneficiary (the child), the IBAN code, the bank and branch where the account is opened, or, as the case may be, other documents issued by the bank containing this information.
