The notification is formulated by traders, natural or legal persons authorized in accordance with the provisions of art. 18-21 of Government Ordinance no. 99/2000 regarding the commercialization of products and market services, republished, and the methodological norms for the application of the ordinance, approved by Government Decision no. 333/2003. In this regard, the trader will address the Cluj-Napoca City Hall by submitting a standard application, in accordance with the model provided in the annex to Government Decision no. 333/2003.
The standard application shall include the trader’s identification elements: trader’s name, registered office, CUI, registration number at the Trade Register Office, representative, as well as the address of the place of business. This standard application is accompanied by the inventory list for the goods to be liquidated. The structure handling the application is the Municipal Heritage and Property Records Directorate, Trade Authorizations Service.
