The notification is made by traders, natural persons or legal entities authorized according to the provisions of art.18-21 of Government Ordinance no.99/2000 regarding the commercialization of market products and services, republished, and the methodological norms for applying the ordinance, approved by Government Decision no.333/2003. In this respect, the trader will address the Cluj-Napoca City Hall by submitting a standard application, in accordance with the model provided in the annex to Government Decision no.333/2003.
The standard application will include the identification elements of the trader: trader name, registered office, unique identification code, registration number at the Trade Registry Office, representative, as well as the address of the place of business. This standard application is accompanied by the inventory list for goods to be liquidated. The structure handling the application is the Municipality Patrimony and Property Records Directorate, Commerce Authorization Service.
