The applicant for the urban planning certificate is the individual or legal entity interested in receiving from the competent public administration authority information regarding a property, land and/or buildings for the purposes defined in art. 6 of the law. For the issuance of the urban planning certificate, the applicant will address the Cluj-Napoca City Hall by submitting a request according to form F1 - REQUEST for issuing the urban planning certificate, in which both the identification elements of the property for which the certificate is requested will be entered: locality, cadastral number and land registry number, where applicable, unless the law provides otherwise, as well as the elements that define the purpose of the request.
