The applicant for the urbanism certificate for information is the natural or legal person who may be interested in knowing the data and regulations to which the respective property is subject.

For the issuance of the urbanism certificate for information, the applicant specifies in the application

the cadastral number for identification in the Real Estate Application of the National Agency for Cadastre and Land Registration —

e-Terra system, for registered properties. By exception to paragraph (10), for properties not registered

in the Real Estate Application of the National Agency for Cadastre and Land Registration — e-Terra system, the urbanism certificate

for information is requested based on a zoning plan with the exact location of the property made in the Stereo 70 system issued, upon request, by the National Agency for Cadastre and Land Registration. In the case of properties registered in the land register

but without updated cadastral data, the updated land register excerpt is also required. — according to art.254 of Law 169/2025
