The urban planning certificate for cadastral operations is the administrative act with an individual character through which the local public administration authority communicates the necessary conditions for carrying out the operations of division, merger, or registration of certain right-of-way easements, highlighting, re-highlighting of real estate in the land register, in relation to the technical regulations established by spatial planning and approved urban planning documentation.

The applicant for the urban planning certificate for cadastral operations is the holder of the property right over the real estate or, as the case may be, the person authorized by the owner.

For the issuance of the urban planning certificate for cadastral operations, the applicant shall attach to the application for issuance

the following documents:

a) the updated land register excerpt or the location map in case the real estate is not registered in

the records of cadastre and real estate advertising;

b) the authorization granted to the applicant by the owner of the property right over the real estate, in case

the applicant is not the owner of the property right;

c) the cadastral documentation drawn up by authorized persons according to the law, based on a plan with a proposal

for amalgamation/division prepared by an architect or urban planner, in compliance with the territorial planning documentation and the urban planning documentation applicable to the real estate.
