The urban planning certificate for cadastral operations is the individual administrative act through which the local public administration authority makes known the necessary conditions for carrying out operations of separation, merging, or registration of passage easements, entries, re-entries of properties in the land register, in relation to the technical regime established by approved territorial planning and urban planning documentation.
The applicant for the urban planning certificate for cadastral operations is the holder of the property right over the property or, as appropriate, the person who holds the authorization granted by the holder.
For the issuance of the urban planning certificate for cadastral operations, the applicant attaches to the issuance request
the following:
a) the updated land book extract or the area location plan in case the property is not registered in
the cadastral and real estate publicity records;
b) the authorization granted to the applicant by the holder of the property right over the property, in case
the applicant is not the holder of the property right;
c) the cadastral documentation made by persons authorized under the law, based on a plan with a proposal
for merging/division drawn up by an architect or urban planner, in compliance with the territorial planning and urban planning documentation applicable to the property.
Payment can also be made at https://www.e-primariaclujnapoca.ro/taxe. The structure that deals with the request is the Urbanism Directorate, Urbanism Service.
