This procedure describes the issuance of the regularization authorization

• the conditions are cumulatively met:

a) imposed by special legislation regarding environmental protection;

b) the fundamental requirements applicable to constructions provided in art.386 of Law 169/2026 – CATUC;

c) the specific requirements for special purpose properties belonging to SNAOPSN institutions;

d) compliance with urban planning regulations

• the above conditions apply to buildings with the function of single-family homes with a height regime of G/G+1F with a built-up area of max.150 sqm, which are not historical monuments and are located outside the protection zones of historical monuments or protected built-up areas; for annexes of residences, household annexes or annexes of agricultural holdings with a built-up area of max.150 sqm and for closure works of balconies without extension on public domain

• for a period of max. 1 year from the entry into force of Law no.169 -CATUC – the regularization authorization may also be requested for other categories of constructions which must cumulatively meet the conditions: a) imposed by special legislation regarding environmental protection; b) the fundamental requirements applicable to constructions provided in art.386 of Law 169/2026 – CATUC; c) the specific requirements for special purpose properties belonging to SNAOPSN institutions; d) compliance with urban planning regulations; e) fulfillment of tax obligations; f) application of contraventional measures; g) the issuance fee for the urbanism certificate and building permit owed is 10 times the value of the fee established by Law no.227/2015 with subsequent amendments and completions correlated with the Local Council Decision on local taxes and duties.
