The applicant may challenge the resolution within 3 working days of the display of the assessment outcome. The objection is made in writing, according to the model included in the procedure and is uploaded on the ROePAS platform and/or is sent to the following e-mail address: rectorat@umfiasi.ro. The assessment committee is reunited within 48 hours of the objection submittal date, and within 3 working days, notifies the applicant by e-mail, regarding the resolution to the appeal. The means of appeal to the recognition decision is by an appeal which can be formulated to the courts, according to the applicable rules of law.
