The current professional certificate is the document that includes the relevant personal data regarding honorability and morality, including the competence with which dentists exercise their profession.

The current professional certificate is issued, upon request, by the College of Dentists of Romania, through the territorial branches, in order to guarantee the quality of services provided and the safety of patients in relation to the dentist, based on the provisions of art. 512 paragraph (1) letter d) of Law no. 95/2006 regarding health sector reform, republished, with subsequent amendments and completions, art. 1 of the methodological norms approved by Government Decision no. 1464/2006 regarding the preparation, issuance, and use of proofs of professional honorability and morality for doctors, dentists, and pharmacists, as well as Decision of the National Council of CMSR no. 16/2CN/2019 regarding the preparation and issuance of the current professional certificate. Validity period: 3 months from the date of issuance

Issuance fee is 500 lei according to the decision of the Council of the College of Dentists of Giurgiu. The fee can be paid into the account of the College of Dentists of Giurgiu.
