Romanian College of Psychologists*

The procedure from March 27, 2020 concerns the recognition of professional qualifications of citizens of the Romanian state, citizens of a European Union (E.U.) member state, of the European Economic Area or the Swiss Confederation, as well as third-country nationals holding an E.U. Blue Card issued in Romania or by another E.U. member state, for the purpose of practicing the profession of psychologist with the right of free practice in Romania.
