This procedure regulates the method of obtaining the tax attestation certificate for individuals.

* For tax certificates for alienation (buildings, land), the payment of all overdue obligations is required as well as full payment for the asset to be alienated.

* Obligations are considered paid at the moment when the treasury account has been debited and this is also reflected in the tax records of the issuing institution.

* The tax attestation certificate is issued within a maximum of two working days from the date of application and is valid for 30 days from the date of issue.

* For Fiscal Certificates for Alienation (buildings, land, means of transportation), payment of all overdue obligations and full payment for the asset to be alienated are required.

* Obligations are considered paid at the moment the treasury account has been debited and this fact is reflected in the fiscal records of the issuing institution.

* The tax attestation certificate is issued within no more than two working days from the date of the request and is valid for 30 days from the date of issuance.

The state allowance for children provided by Law no. 61/1993 regarding the state allowance for children, republished, with subsequent amendments and additions, is granted to all children up to the age of 18, Romanian citizens, without discrimination, as well as to young people who have reached the age of 18 who are attending high school or vocational education courses organized according to the law, until their completion.

The state allowance for children is also granted to the children of foreign citizens, as well as to the children of stateless persons residing in Romania, under the conditions of the law, if they live together with their parents.

Applications for the determination of the state allowance for children and the documents showing that the legal conditions for granting this right are met are submitted and registered at the city hall of the commune, town, city, or the sectors of the municipality of Bucharest, within whose territorial jurisdiction the legal representatives of the children have their domicile or residence, as the case may be.

The right to the state allowance for children is established by decision of the executive director of the county agencies for social benefits.
