Granting of state allowance*
All children up to the age of 18 benefit from the state child allowance. The state child allowance is also granted to young people who have turned 18 and are attending high school or vocational education, organized according to the law, until they finish their studies. The completed files are sent on the basis of a list to the Neamț County Agency for Payments and Social Inspection.
Granting of the minimum inclusion income (VMI) according to Law no. 196/2016*
The minimum inclusion income is granted to single persons or families with legal residence in Romania if the net monthly income of the single person or family is lower than the guaranteed minimum income.
Granting child-raising allowance until the age of 2, or 3 in the case of a child with a disability*
Preparation of files for child-raising allowance, reintegration incentive, monthly allowance for the care of a child aged 3-7 years (child with disability), monthly support for care of child 0-3 years, monthly support for care of child 3-7 years. The files are sent based on a summary sheet to the Neamț County Agency for Payments and Social Inspection.
