The membership certificate of the Romanian College of Physicians is issued and released by the territorial college of the Romanian College of Physicians in whose jurisdiction the applicant physician, as the case may be, has his/her domicile/residence or place of work/unit where he/she is to carry out his/her activity. - The membership certificate of the Romanian College of Physicians is granted upon request to the persons provided for in art. 376, para. (1) of Law no. 95/2006 regarding health sector reform, republished, with subsequent amendments and completions, who cumulatively meet the following conditions:

a) hold an official qualification in medicine, within the meaning of art. 377, para. (3) of Law no. 95/2006 regarding health sector reform, republished, with subsequent amendments and completions;

b) are not in any of the cases of unworthiness or incompatibility provided by law;

c) are medically fit to practice as a physician;

d) have not interrupted the exercise of the profession for more than 5 years or have obtained the bachelor's degree in the last 5 years.

The membership certificate of the College of Physicians of Romania is issued and released by the territorial college of the College of Physicians of Romania in whose jurisdiction the requesting physician, as the case may be, has their domicile/residence or place of work/unit where they are to carry out their activity. - The membership certificate of the College of Physicians of Romania is granted upon request, to the persons provided in art. 376, para. (1) of Law no. 95/2006 regarding health reform, republished, with subsequent amendments and completions, who cumulatively meet the following conditions:

a) hold an official qualification title in medicine, in accordance with art. 377, para. (3) of Law no. 95/2006 regarding health reform, republished, with subsequent amendments and completions;

b) are not found in any of the cases of unworthiness or incompatibility provided by law;

c) are medically fit to practice as a physician;

d) have not interrupted the practice of the profession for more than 5 years or have obtained their bachelor’s degree in the last 5 years.

The membership certificate of the Romanian College of Physicians is issued and released by the territorial college of the Romanian College of Physicians in whose jurisdiction the applicant physician has, as appropriate, their domicile/residence or place of work/unit where they will carry out their activity. - The membership certificate of the Romanian College of Physicians is granted at request, to the persons stipulated in art. 376, para. (1) of Law no. 95/2006 regarding healthcare reform, republished, with subsequent amendments and completions, who cumulatively meet the following conditions:

a) hold an official medical qualification, according to art. 377, para. (3) of Law no. 95/2006 regarding healthcare reform, republished, with subsequent amendments and completions;

b) are not in any of the cases of unworthiness or incompatibility provided by law;

c) are medically fit to practice the profession of physician;

d) have not interrupted the practice of the profession for more than 5 years or have obtained their bachelor's degree in the last 5 years.
