*Urbanism Certificate*
Documents required for issuing the urbanism certificate. Notes 1. According to the provisions of art. 6 paragraphs 1 and 4 of the Law, the urbanism certificate is an information document regarding the legal, economic, and technical regime of the property, as well as the specific urban planning requirements for the site, determined in accordance with the approved and endorsed urban planning documentation, a document which is issued, upon request, to any applicant - individual or legal entity. 2. According to the Law, the urbanism certificate does not replace the building/demolition permit and does not grant the right to carry out construction works.
