Prahova College of Dentists*

This procedure is addressed to the members of Prahova College of Dental Physicians.
The current professional certificate is the document that contains relevant personal data regarding honorability and morality, including the competence with which dentists practice their profession.

The current professional certificate is issued, upon request, by the College of Dental Physicians of Romania, through the territorial colleges, for the purpose of guaranteeing the quality of the services provided and the safety of the patients in relation to the dentist, based on the provisions of art. 512 para. (1) letter d) of Law no. 95/2006 regarding health sector reform, republished, with subsequent amendments and completions, art. 1 of the methodological rules approved by G.D. no. 1464/2006 regarding the preparation, issuance, and use of proofs of honorability and professional morality for physicians, dentists, and pharmacists, as well as of the Decision of the National Council of CMSR no. 16/2CN/2019 regarding the preparation and issuance of the current professional certificate. Validity period: 3 months from the date of issue

The issuance fee is 500 lei according to the decision of the Council of the Prahova College of Dental Physicians.
