Iuliu Hatieganu University of Medicine and Pharmacy Cluj-Napoca*

This procedure establishes the manner in which the automatic recognition is carried out by UMF ”Iuliu Hațieganu” Cluj-Napoca of the teaching positions in higher education obtained in accredited higher education institutions abroad, as provided in the annex to OM 5922/15.12.2016.

The provisions of this methodology apply to Romanian citizens, citizens of European Union member states, of the European Economic Area, of the Swiss Confederation, and citizens of third countries who have obtained teaching positions in accredited higher education institutions in European Union member states, the European Economic Area, the Swiss Confederation, and in prestigious universities from other states included in the “List of prestigious universities from other states,” approved by OMECTS no. 5825/2016 and updated periodically.

This methodology establishes the manner in which recognition is carried out, within the “Iuliu Hațieganu” University of Medicine and Pharmacy Cluj-Napoca, for the doctoral diploma and the title of doctor in sciences or in a professional field, obtained abroad.

The provisions of this methodology apply to Romanian citizens, citizens of member states of the European Union, the European Economic Area, the Swiss Confederation, and citizens of third countries, who have obtained a doctoral diploma and the title of doctor in sciences or in a professional field, obtained abroad in accredited university institutions from member states of the European Union, the European Economic Area, the Swiss Confederation, and in prestigious universities from other states included in the “List of prestigious universities from other states,” approved by OMECTS no. 5825/2016 and updated periodically.

The provisions of this methodology apply to Romanian citizens, citizens of member states of the European Union, the European Economic Area, the Swiss Confederation, and citizens of third countries who have obtained the status of doctoral supervisor in accredited higher education institutions in member states of the European Union, the European Economic Area, the Swiss Confederation, and in prestigious universities from other states included in the "List of prestigious universities from other states," approved by OMECTS no. 5825/2016 and updated periodically.
