Issuance of membership certificate of the Botosani College of Physicians*
- The membership certificate of the Romanian College of Physicians is issued and released by the territorial college of the Romanian College of Physicians in whose jurisdiction the applicant physician, as the case may be, has his/her domicile/residence or place of work/unit where he/she will carry out his/her activity.
- The membership certificate of the Romanian College of Physicians is granted upon request, to the persons provided for in art. 376, para. (1) of Law no. 95/2006 on healthcare reform, republished, with subsequent amendments and completions, who cumulatively meet the following conditions:
a) hold an official qualification in medicine, as referred to in art. 377, para. (3) of Law no. 95/2006 on healthcare reform, republished, with subsequent amendments and completions;
b) are not in any of the cases of unworthiness or incompatibility provided by law;
c) are medically fit to practice as a physician;
d) have not interrupted the practice of the profession for more than 5 years or have obtained the bachelor's degree in the last 5 years.
