Exercise of the profession of industrial property counselor*
The profession of industrial property consultant can only be practiced by a certified individual who meets all the conditions provided in ORDINANCE no. 66 of August 17, 2000 (*republished*) regarding the organization and exercise of the profession of industrial property consultant, registered in the National Register of Industrial Property Consultants and who is a member of the National Chamber of Industrial Property Consultants of Romania.
