Technical Notice for EXTENSION OF WATER/SEWER NETWORKS

Note: This technical notice is issued in the case of execution works for new network extensions, which are necessary for obtaining the Building Permit.

To obtain the notice you need:

- Standard application form;

- Urban Certificate, issued by the competent authority, according to the provisions of Law no. 50/1991, republished and updated, Law 193/2019 for the amendment and completion of Law 50/1991 amended and approved;

- Land Registry extract for the portion of land where the project will be executed. In the case of a private road, the donation act to the Local Council or the Land Registry extract proving inclusion in the public domain will be submitted;

- Technical Project (PT) and Execution Details (DE), prepared by an authorized designer and verified by a project verifier, in accordance with the provisions of Law no. 50/1991, republished and updated, Law 193/2019 for the amendment and completion of Law 50/1991 amended and approved;

- Technical-utility network notice (Technical placement notice), issued by Aquatim S.A.;

- Other documents (documentation), required by the Urban Certificate and which involve a notice/agreement from Aquatim S.A.

The notice fee is 48.79 lei (VAT included) and is paid upon submission of the documentation. Payment for technical notices is made at the cashier at str. Enric Baader no. 11. The documents necessary to obtain technical notices can also be sent by e-mail or submitted to the Customer Relations Service, at str. Enric Baader no. 11, Monday to Friday between 8-15.

Technical notice for TAKING OVER DOMESTIC WASTEWATER at the treatment plant

It is issued for economic agents, for the takeover of domestic wastewater whose quality indicators fall within the limits specified in the NTPA 002 regulations.

To obtain the notice you need:

- Standard application form;

- CF excerpt of the site for which the takeover of domestic wastewater at the treatment plant is requested, copy;

- Registration certificate of the company requesting the notice, issued by the Trade Register Office and fiscal registration code, copy;

- Lease or loan contract (if applicable), copy;

- Written consent of the owner, if applicable;

- Details regarding the account and the bank of the company requesting the notice;

- Analysis report of the domestic wastewater requested to be taken over, issued by an accredited laboratory, certifying that the water quality indicators fall within the limits mentioned in the NTPA 002 regulations;

- Contract with a vacuuming and transport company;

- Site plan, clearly showing the location of the sealed septic tank site.

The approval fee is 48.79 lei (VAT included) and is paid when submitting the documentation. Payment for technical approvals is made at the cashier on Enric Baader St. no. 11. - Property Register extract for the building for which the Technical Notice is requested;

- Utility network approval (Technical Location Approval), issued by Aquatim S.A.

The approval fee is 48.79 lei (VAT included) and is paid when submitting the documentation. Payment of technical notices is made at the cashier’s office at str. Enric Baader no. 11. Technical notice for SUPPLYING WATER/SEWER UTILITIES for SPACES WITH OTHER DESTINATIONS

Note: The notice is issued only for spaces that have all consumption points metered through the main water meter and for which Aquatim can enter into contracts for connection and supply of water and sewer utilities.

To obtain the notice you need:

- Standard application for companies

- Individual and collective land registry extract of the building

- Registration certificate of the company requesting the notice, issued by the Trade Register Office

- Lease or loan contract (if applicable)

- Owner's agreement regarding the conclusion of the connection/supply contract for water and sewer utilities between Aquatim and the company requesting the notice

- Details regarding the account and bank of the company requesting the notice

- Questionnaire regarding the requested flow and existing consumption points at the location

- Declaration regarding land areas from which rainwater is collected and discharged into the street sewer

- Termination letter of the contract between Aquatim and the company from which the space is taken over (if applicable)

- Proof of payment up to date for services provided by Aquatim, related to the space for which the notice is issued.

Legal basis:

- Decision of Aquatim’s Board of Directors no. 12 /2007.

The mentioned questionnaires can be obtained from the Contract Office or the Technical Service.

Technical-utility networks approval (TECHNICAL SITING APPROVAL)

Note: This technical approval is issued in the case of works for new network extensions, water connections/sewerage connections, building construction and utility connections, or in the case of other types of works for which it is required, through the Urbanism Certificate or the Road Owner's Agreement.

To obtain the approval you need:

- Standard application;

- Urbanism certificate;

- Land register excerpt for the property for which the technical approval is requested;

- Company registration certificate of the applicant, issued by the Trade Registry Office;

- Zoning plan, issued by the urban database, at a 1:5000 scale;

- Site plan (2 copies) issued by the urban database, at a 1:500 scale;

- Site plan (2 copies) of the location with Stereo 70 topographic survey.

The approval fee is 48.79 lei (VAT included) and is paid upon submission of the documentation. Payment for technical approvals is made at the cash desk at 11 Enric Baader St.. The documents required for obtaining technical approvals can also be sent by e-mail or submitted to the Customer Relations Service, at 11 Enric Baader St., Monday to Friday, between 8 am and 3 pm.

Technical Notice for INDIVIDUAL METERING

This technical notice is issued in the case of works for separating water consumption, with metering through the main water meter, when there are technical conditions for delimiting or separating the installations between users, in order to conclude the service supply contract in their own name and provided compliance with the technical flow and pressure conditions ensured by the supplier, at the building's connection point.

For obtaining the notice you need:

- Standard application form

- Technical documentation regarding the installation of the measurement system to be placed in the common area (basement, water meter chamber) or in a chamber located on public land;

- Individual and collective land registry extracts (no older than one month);

- A document certifying that independent metering of the consumption points for which metering was requested is ensured, document signed and stamped by the authorized person who performed the installation;

- In the case of the existence of the interior installation, this being connected after the main water meter of the building, in a single visible point, written certification from the other tenants is required regarding the individual supply of consumption points through the interior installation;

- Declaration regarding the land area, composed of the area of individual property (individual land registry) and the share of the common property (collective land registry), for which the volume of stormwater discharged into the street sewer will be calculated, signed also by the other tenants;

- Proof of up-to-date payments for the services provided by Aquatim for the entire building.

- The Decision of the Board of Directors of Aquatim no. 12/2007;

- The implementing rules of Law no. 50 / 1991 (Official Gazette no. 797bis/23.11.2009);

- Government Decision no. 348/1993 regarding water and thermal energy metering for the population, public institutions, and economic agents;

- Government Ordinance no. 13/2008 for the amendment and completion of the Law on community utility services no. 51/2006 and the Law on water supply and sewerage services no. 241/2006.

Technical notice regarding the ASSURANCE OF WATER/SEWERAGE UTILITIES SUPPLY

Note: It is issued for building works in order to obtain the Building Permit, if there is a connection/branch for water/sewerage utilities.

To obtain the notice you need:

- Standard application form;

- Zoning certificate;

- Land registry excerpt of the property for which the technical notice is requested;

- The registration certificate of the company requesting the notice, issued by the Trade Register Office;

- Technical report prepared by an authorized designer, which will include the description of the existing solution for supplying water and sewerage to the respective property, and in case Aquatim S.A. does not have water and sewer networks in the area, the designer's proposals for creating the necessary conditions for supplying these utilities according to the provisions of Law no. 50/1991, republished and updated;

- Calculation summary regarding the potable water flow rate and the requested pressure, the domestic wastewater flow rate discharged into the sewerage;

- Calculation summary regarding the stormwater flow rate and the proposed solution for collecting it;

- Plan of internal networks (positioning of water meter and sewer connection manholes, the route of the internal network up to the building), at a scale of 1:500;

- Zoning location plan, issued by the urban data bank, at a scale of 1:5000;

- Site plan, issued by the urban data bank, at a scale of 1:500;

- Technical-utility network notice (Technical Placement Notice), issued by Aquatim S.A.;

- Other documents (documentation) required by the zoning certificate that involve a notice/agreement from Aquatim S.A.

The notice fee is 48.79 lei (VAT included) and is paid upon submission of the documentation. Payment for technical notices is made at the cashier at Enric Baader St. no. 11.
