The procedure is informational and is not available for resolution through this platform. The file must be submitted in person or by post to the CNASR headquarters in Bucharest, Bulevardul General Gheorghe Magheru no.31, 6th floor or to the headquarters of the territorial branches, where applicable. In order to obtain the authorization to practice as a social worker, persons who meet the requirements stipulated by Law 466/2004 regarding the status of the social worker must submit the application and the necessary documents as well as proof of payment of the application processing fee at the College headquarters or at the headquarters of its territorial branches. The documents attached to the application are those provided by law as well as other documents established by BEX decision. After registration, the file will be analyzed by the Commission for authorization and professional accreditation. Depending on the Commission's decision, social workers will receive by email a notification informing them of the level of professional competence obtained as well as the procedure they must follow to obtain the authorization to practice as a social worker.
