Submission of documents for granting heating aid for the home with electric energy*
Until July 31st, the town halls are required to submit the Situation regarding the beneficiaries and the amount of aid for electricity.
The list containing the beneficiaries of aid for heating the home with electricity and its actual amount, to the County Agency for Payments and Social Inspection.
The town halls will upload in the Necessary Documents section the Situation regarding the beneficiaries and the amount of aid for electricity and the list containing the beneficiaries of aid for heating the home with electricity and its actual amount, certified by the mayor, after receiving it from the electricity provider.
*Submission of documents for granting heating aid for homes using solid or petroleum fuels*
By April 30th, the town halls are required to submit the Centralized Report regarding the beneficiaries of heating aid for homes using solid or petroleum fuels to the County Agency for Payments and Social Inspection.
The town halls will upload the Cover Sheet and Applications with supporting documents in the Required Documents section.
*Submission of the file for granting social assistance and the family support allowance*
By the 5th of each month, city halls are required to submit, based on a cover sheet, the applications registered in the previous month, accompanied by supporting documents, to the County Agency for Payments and Social Inspection.
The city halls will upload in the Necessary Documents section the Cover Sheet and the Applications with the supporting documents.
*Issuance of the certificate for requesting the amounts remaining uncollected by the deceased person with disabilities*
Social benefits remaining uncollected by the deceased person with disabilities, representing the allowance and/or complementary personal budget for the month in which the death occurred, and, if applicable, social benefits due and unpaid until death, shall be paid to the surviving spouse, children, parents or, in their absence, other heirs, under the conditions of common law, at their request. The amounts mentioned above may be requested from the territorial agency for payments and social inspection by the heir, within the general statute of limitations, based on the document certifying the status of heir, as well as, if there are several heirs, a statement on their own responsibility that the other heirs do not request these amounts.
*Submission of file for granting the state allowance for children*
Until the 5th of each month, the town halls have the obligation to send, based on a borderou, the applications registered in the previous month, accompanied by supporting documents, to the County Agency for Payments and Social Inspection.
The town halls will upload the Borderou and the Applications with the supporting documents in the Necessary documents section.
*Submission of documents for granting heating aid for homes with natural gas*
By July 31, the municipalities are required to submit the Centralized Report regarding the beneficiaries of home heating aid with natural gas, to the County Agency for Payments and Social Inspection, and the Register including the beneficiaries of the home heating aid with natural gas and its effective amount.
The municipalities will upload in the Necessary Documents section the Centralized Report regarding the beneficiaries of home heating aid with natural gas and the Register including the beneficiaries of the home heating aid with natural gas and its effective amount, certified by the mayor, after receipt from the natural gas supplier.
*Transmitting documents for granting home heating assistance with thermal energy*
By July 31, the city halls are required to submit the Situation regarding the beneficiaries and the amount of thermal energy aid, as well as the Centralizing Bordereau including the beneficiaries of the thermal energy aid and its amount, to the County Agency for Payments and Social Inspection.
The city halls shall upload in the Necessary Documents section the Situation regarding the beneficiaries and the amount of thermal energy aid and the Centralizing Bordereau including the beneficiaries of the thermal energy aid and its amount, certified by the mayor, after receiving it from the thermal energy supplier.
The submission and registration of the file for granting the child-raising allowance and the state allowance for children*
By the 5th of each month, the city halls are required to submit, based on a summary sheet, the applications registered in the previous month, accompanied by supporting documents, to the County Agency for Payments and Social Inspection.
The city halls will upload in the Required Documents section the summary sheet and the applications with the supporting documents.
Transfer of file for granting integration incentive*
By the 5th of each month, city halls are required to send the applications registered in the previous month, together with supporting documents, to the County Agency for Payments and Social Inspection, based on a summary report.
City halls will upload the Summary and Applications with supporting documents in the Required Documents section.
*Forwarding the file for granting social assistance*
By the 5th of each month, town halls are required to send, based on a summary sheet, the applications registered in the previous month, along with the supporting documents, to the County Agency for Payments and Social Inspection.
