Bacau College of Physicians*

The membership certificate of the College of Physicians of Romania is issued and released by the territorial college of the College of Physicians of Romania in whose jurisdiction, as the case may be, the applicant physician has their domicile/residence or place of work/unit where they are to carry out their activity.

The membership certificate of the College of Physicians of Romania is granted upon request to the persons stipulated in art. 376, para. (1) of Law no. 95/2006 regarding healthcare reform, republished, with subsequent amendments and completions, who cumulatively meet the following conditions:

a) hold an official medical qualification, within the meaning of art. 377, para. (3) of Law no. 95/2006 regarding healthcare reform, republished, with subsequent amendments and completions;

b) are not in any of the cases of indignity or incompatibility provided by law;

c) are medically fit to practice the medical profession;

d) have not interrupted the exercise of the profession for more than 5 years or have obtained their bachelor's degree within the last 5 years.
