Transmitting file for granting the state allowance for children - CHILD ALLOWANCE*
By the 5th of each month, the town halls are required to submit, based on a list, the applications registered in the previous month, accompanied by supporting documents, to the County Agency for Payments and Social Inspection. The town halls will upload in the Required documents section the List and the Applications with the supporting documents.
*Transmitting file for granting the insertion incentive - STIM*
By the 5th of each month, the municipalities are required to submit, based on a register, the requests registered during the previous month, accompanied by supporting documents, to the County Agency for Payments and Social Inspection. The municipalities will upload the Register and the Requests with the supporting documents in the Required Documents section.

Până la data de 5 a fiecărei luni, primăriile au obligaţia de a transmite pe bază de borderou cererile înregistrate în luna anterioară, însoţite de documentele justificative, la Agenția Județeană pentru Plăți și Inspecție Socială. Primariile vor încarca în secțiunea Documente necesare Borderoul si Cererile cu documentele justificative.

Submission of file for granting child-raising allowance - ICC*
By the 5th of each month, city halls are required to submit, based on a summary sheet, the applications registered in the previous month, along with the supporting documents, to the County Agency for Payments and Social Inspection. City halls will upload the Summary Sheet and Applications with supporting documents in the Required Documents section.
*Transfer of file for the simultaneous granting, for the same child, of the child-raising allowance and the state child allowance - ICC + CHILD ALLOWANCE*
By the 5th of each month, the town halls are obliged to send, based on a summary sheet, the applications registered in the previous month, accompanied by supporting documents, to the County Agency for Payments and Social Inspection. The town halls will upload in the Required Documents section the Summary Sheet and the Applications with the supporting documents.
