Agricultural Register - Issuance of certificate of roll for individuals*
The procedure regulates the set of operations that lead to the issuance of a certificate from the agricultural register. In the standard form through which you make the request, you specify what kind of certificate you want and what you need it for, and we will issue it in the online account. For other documents (if applicable, you will be asked for them in the account).

Urbanism - Issuance of Urbanism Certificate with online delivery in the account*
The procedure regulates all operations leading to the issuance of the urban planning certificate, which aims at preparing the documentation for authorizing the execution of construction works, for awarding by auction the design of public works at the feasibility study stage, for legal actions and notarial operations regarding real estate transactions, establishing an easement in relation to the applicant's request (beneficiary/investor) and in accordance with Order no. 839 of October 12, 2009 for approving the Methodological Norms for the application of Law no. 50/1991 regarding the authorization of construction works, updated to date.
Receipt for legal fee payment (copy):
up to 150 sqm - 6.77 lei
between 151 – 250 sqm inclusive – 7.9 lei
between 251 – 500 sqm inclusive - 10.15 lei
between 501 – 750 sqm inclusive – 13.54 lei
between 751 – 1000 sqm inclusive – 15.80 lei
over 1,000 sqm – 15.80 + 0.01 lei/sqm for each sqm exceeding 1000 sqm.
The fee for issuing the urban planning certificate for rural areas is 50% of the fee set above.
Payment can be made via bank transfer to account RO 15TREZ27521070250XXXXX CUI 14932420, through the Pucioasa Treasury.
Proof of payment must be uploaded in section III. If you do not have the document that proves payment and you do not know how much you need to pay, upload an empty file, then we will inform you directly in the eDirect account about the amount to be paid. After you make the payment, you will send us the proof of payment.

The procedure regulates the set of operations leading to the issuance of the fiscal certificate for legal entities

Documents required for obtaining the fiscal certificate - legal entities:

The procedure regulates all operations leading to the issuance of the urbanism certificate, which is intended for the preparation of documentation for authorizing construction works, for awarding by public tender the design of public works at the feasibility study stage, for court applications and notarial operations concerning real estate transactions, establishing a right of way according to the applicant’s request (beneficiary/investor) and in accordance with Order no. 839 of October 12, 2009 approving the Methodological Norms for the application of Law no. 50/1991 regarding the authorization of construction works, updated to date.
