Oamgmamr – Timis branch*

In accordance with Law 278/2015, the Order of General Nurses, Midwives, and Medical Assistants of Romania, as the competent authority, prepares and issues the documents (certificates, etc.) necessary for the professional recognition of Romanian qualification titles of general nurse, midwife, and medical assistant in the other EU Member States.

The activities related to attestation of Romanian qualification titles of general nurse, midwife, and medical assistant in the other EU Member States consist of preparing and issuing documents, hereinafter referred to as attestation documents, used by the authorities of the other EU member states, states belonging to the European Economic Area, and the Swiss Confederation for the professional recognition of these titles according to the procedures provided by Directive 2005/36/EC of the European Parliament and of the Council of 7 September 2005 on the recognition of professional qualifications, with subsequent amendments and additions. Depending on the case, the attestation documents are certificates or recommendations.

Online requests for the issuance of documents necessary for the professional recognition of the aforementioned Romanian titles, accompanied by the appropriate documents, are sent via the PCUe to the county branch/Bucharest Municipality branch of OAMGMAMR, where the applicant is a member. If the applicant has NOT obtained the status of OAMGMAMR member, the request is submitted online via the PCUe to the OAMGMAMR branch in whose territorial area the applicant resides.

If the applicant does not attach all the requested documents or it is found that the file is incomplete, the applicant will be notified through the PCUe system. Within 15 days from the notification, the applicant is obliged to complete the file with all the requested documents. If the applicant does not comply with the completion deadline, at its expiration, the file will be automatically closed by the PCUe system.

The recognition documents (certificates/recommendations) will be prepared by the specialized structure of OAMGMAMR National, and within 90 days of the registration of the complete electronic file, they will be sent online to the applicants via PCUe by the county branch of OAMGMAMR where they have submitted the electronic file.
