Photogrammetry/cartography services and provision of proprietary cartographic products*
The stages of concluding a service contract:
1. the beneficiary submits a firm order, request, or address
2. verifying the conditions imposed by M.82/2008 regarding: debts to the state, bankruptcy, etc.
3. negotiating the contract by the institution's negotiation committee
4. signing the contract by the parties
5. advance payment of 50% of the contract value within 3 days, according to the provisions of the order of the minister of national defense M.82/2008
6. auditing by the internal audit structure of MApN of contracts with a value higher than 50,000 lei
7. fulfillment of contractual obligations by the service provider
8. delivery of the product resulting from the service provided

The stages of concluding a service provision contract:
1. the beneficiary submits a firm order, request or letter
2. verifying the conditions imposed by M.82/2008 regarding: debts to the state, bankruptcy, etc.
3. negotiation of the contract by the institution's negotiation committee
4. signing the contract by the parties
