Issuing the sanitary approval/notification for placing on the market of products, materials, chemicals/mixtures and equipment that come into contact with drinking water*
The procedure establishes the steps that must be followed in order to obtain the sanitary approval/notification according to the provisions of Order no. 275 of March 26, 2012 regarding the approval of the sanitary regulation procedure for placing on the market products, materials, chemicals/mixtures, and equipment that come into contact with drinking water. The file is submitted at the headquarters of INSP/CNMRMC, the Regional Centers for Public Health Bucharest, Cluj, Iasi, Targu Mures, Timisoara, and the Environmental Health Sections.
*Elaboration of the evaluation report for the registration of laboratories that monitor the quality of drinking water as part of the official control of drinking water in the Register of Laboratories of the Ministry of Health*
The procedure establishes the steps that must be followed for obtaining the evaluation report for the registration of laboratories that monitor the quality of drinking water according to Order MS. No.764/ July 15, 2005, amended and supplemented by Order 1276/November 28, 2005, regarding the approval of the registration procedure at the Ministry of Health for laboratories that monitor the quality of drinking water as part of the official control of drinking water. The file is submitted to the Regional Public Health Centers: Bucharest, Cluj, Iasi, Târgu Mures, Timisoara - Environmental Health Sections. The evaluation report is issued based on the registration file prepared according to the documents listed below in this procedure and on a site evaluation visit. The evaluation report, after paying the fees, is collected from the headquarters of the Regional Public Health Centers: Bucharest, Cluj, Iasi, Târgu Mures, Timisoara, and is submitted to the Ministry of Health for obtaining the registration certificate.
*Technical evaluation report for the accreditation of toxicology laboratories for carrying out measurements of occupational hazards/confirmation letter of the validity of the existing technical report.*
The procedure establishes the way of preparing the technical evaluation report for empowering toxicology laboratories to perform determinations of occupational hazards for the purpose of evaluation by specialists in the field of working conditions and the health status of the employed personnel / Confirmation address of the validity of the existing technical report.
*Issuing the technical evaluation report for the vehicle intended for the transport of waste resulting from medical activities*
The procedure establishes the steps that must be followed in order to obtain the technical evaluation report for the vehicle intended for the transport of waste resulting from medical activities, according to the provisions of Order of the Ministry of Health no. 2829/2022 regarding the approval of the Methodology for evaluating vehicles used for transporting waste resulting from medical activities."
*Health certificates for food contact materials intended for non-EU export.*
The procedure establishes the steps that must be followed in order to obtain the health certificate according to the provisions of ORDER No. 1126 of September 13, 2006 regarding the approval of Procedures for issuing health certificates for materials and objects that come into contact with food intended for export to countries that are not members of the European Union, the models of the declaration of conformity and health certificate for materials and objects that come into contact with food intended for export to countries that are not members of the European Union. The file is submitted at the headquarters of the National Institute of Public Health/National Center for Monitoring Community Environmental Risks, Regional Public Health Centers: Bucharest, Cluj, Iasi, Târgu Mures, Timisoara – Environmental Health Sections. The health certificate, after payment of fees, is collected from the headquarters of the National Institute of Public Health/National Center for Monitoring Community Environmental Risks, Regional Public Health Centers: Bucharest, Cluj, Iasi, Târgu Mures, Timisoara – Environmental Health Sections.
