Persons domiciled in the territorial area of Gorj county, interested in becoming a professional maternal assistant, submit to the General Directorate of Social Assistance and Child Protection Gorj an evaluation request of their capacity, accompanied by the documents listed below.

The certificate is issued by the Gorj Child Protection Commission, having a validity of 3 years.
