Recruitment, evaluation and training of AM/PF*
The recruitment, evaluation, training of FP/AMP and certification of professional maternal assistants must be carried out so that the Child Case Management Service responds to the identified needs and to all the particularities of the children who need a protection measure, as well as to the particularities of language, religion, culture, ethnicity, and disabilities identified after the needs analysis.
Recruitment/identification must lead to the permanent provision of the beneficiary's (child's) needs and must take into account the number of applicants, their residence, access from the applicants' residence to other types of services based on the child's needs (school, clinic, kindergarten, public transport, etc.), living conditions, and following the evaluation process, only those who meet the conditions provided by the legislation in force will be selected for the training stage and subsequently for certification.
The person/family, the maternal assistant who wishes to take into foster care the child/children for whom a special protection measure is established, as well as the person who wishes to obtain the AMP certificate, shall submit an application addressed to DGASPC Vrancea, to which the following supporting documents are attached:
1 - copy of civil status documents;
2 - copy of education certificates;
3 - judicial record certificates for the applicant and the people with whom he/she lives;
The applicants will attend a mandatory training program, in accordance with the syllabus of the AMP professional training courses, according to Order no. 137/2003.
Based on the evaluation and training reports, the final evaluation report is prepared, which is attached to the applicant’s file. Persons who have requested an evaluation to obtain the professional maternal assistant certificate will submit an application to DGASPC Vrancea. The certificate is granted in accordance with the provisions of Government Decision no. 679/2003.
