Issuance of the certificate for requesting the remaining amounts uncollected by the deceased person with disabilities*
The social benefits remaining uncollected by the deceased person with disabilities, representing the allowance and/or the personal complementary budget for the month in which the death occurred, and, if applicable, the social benefits due and unpaid until the date of death, are paid to the surviving spouse, children, parents, or, in their absence, to the other heirs, under common law, at their request. The amounts mentioned above may be requested, at AJPIS Bihor, by the heir within the general limitation period, based on a document attesting the status of heir, as well as, in case there are several heirs, a statement on their own responsibility that the other heirs do not request these amounts.
*Forwarding the file for granting the state allowance for children*
By the 5th of each month, the town halls have the obligation to submit, based on a summary sheet, the applications registered in the previous month, accompanied by supporting documents, to the County Agency for Payments and Social Inspection Bihor. The town halls will upload in the Required Documents section the Summary Sheet and the Applications with the supporting documents.
*Submission of the file for granting the insertion incentive and the state allowance for children*
By the 5th day of each month, the town halls are required to submit, based on a summary sheet, the requests registered in the previous month, accompanied by supporting documents, to the Bihor County Agency for Payments and Social Inspection. The town halls will upload in the Required Documents section the Summary Sheet and Requests with supporting documents.
*The submission and registration of the file for granting the child-raising allowance and the state allowance for children*
By the 5th of each month, city halls are required to submit, based on a summary sheet, the applications registered in the previous month, accompanied by supporting documents, to the Bihor County Agency for Payments and Social Inspection. City halls will upload in the Required Documents section the Summary Sheet and the Applications with supporting documents.

The town halls will upload in the Required Documents section the Manifest and the Requests with the supporting documents.
*Submission of documents for granting heating aid for the home with thermal energy*
Until July 31st, mayors are required to send the Situation regarding the beneficiaries and the amount of aid for thermal energy and the List including the beneficiaries of aid for thermal energy and its amount, to the Bihor County Agency for Payments and Social Inspection.
Mayors will upload in the Required Documents section the Situation regarding the beneficiaries and the amount of aid for thermal energy and the List including the beneficiaries of aid for thermal energy and its amount, certified by the mayor, after receiving it from the thermal energy supplier.
*Submission of documents for the granting of home heating aid with electricity*
Until July 31, the city halls have the obligation to submit the Situation regarding the beneficiaries and the amount of aid for electricity - the List including the beneficiaries of the aid for heating the home with electricity and the actual amount thereof, to the Bihor County Agency for Payments and Social Inspection.
The city halls will upload in the Necessary documents section the Situation regarding the beneficiaries and the amount of aid for electricity and the List including the beneficiaries of the aid for heating the home with electricity and the actual amount thereof, certified by the mayor, after receiving it from the electricity supplier.
*The submission and registration of the file for granting child-raising allowance*
By the 5th of each month, municipalities are obliged to submit, based on a list, the requests registered in the previous month, accompanied by supporting documents, to the Bihor County Agency for Payments and Social Inspection. Municipalities will upload in the Necessary Documents section the list and requests with supporting documents.
*Submission of documents for granting heating aid for households using solid or petroleum fuels*
By April 30, the town halls have the obligation to submit the Centralized Situation regarding the beneficiaries of home heating aids with solid or petroleum fuels, to the Bihor County Agency for Payments and Social Inspection. The town halls will upload in the Required Documents section the Borderou and the Applications with the supporting documents.
*Submission of documents for granting heating aid for housing with natural gas*
By July 31, the city halls have the obligation to submit the Situation regarding the holders of heating aid for dwellings with natural gas and the List including the beneficiaries of the heating aid for dwellings with natural gas and its actual amount, to the Bihor County Agency for Payments and Social Inspection.
The city halls will upload in the Necessary Documents section the centralized Situation regarding the holders of heating aid for dwellings with natural gas and the List including the beneficiaries of the heating aid for dwellings with natural gas and its actual amount, certified by the mayor, after receiving it from the natural gas supplier.
*Submission of the file for granting social assistance*
By the 5th of each month, the town halls are required to submit, based on a cover list, the applications registered in the previous month, accompanied by supporting documents, to the Bihor County Agency for Payments and Social Inspection. The town halls will upload in the Necessary documents section the Cover List and Applications with the supporting documents
*Submission of the file for granting social aid and family support allowance*
By the 5th of each month, the town halls are required to submit, based on a summary sheet, the applications registered during the previous month, accompanied by supporting documents, to the Bihor County Agency for Payments and Social Inspection. The town halls will upload in the Required Documents section the Summary Sheet and the Applications with the supporting documents.
