Granting social assistance*
Social assistance is granted monthly, to supplement the net income of the family or single person, to ensure the guaranteed minimum income. For the amounts granted as social assistance, one of the able-bodied adult persons in the family must perform monthly actions or works of local interest, for all family members, without exceeding the normal work regime; failure to fulfill this obligation leads to the suspension of social assistance, and if within 3 months from the suspension this obligation is not fulfilled, the payment of social assistance ceases.
Procedure for issuing a town planning certificate*
1. According to the provisions of Article 6 paragraphs (1) and (4) of the Law, the urban planning certificate is an information document regarding the legal, economic, and technical status of the property, as well as the specific urban requirements of the location, determined in accordance with the provisions of the approved and endorsed urban planning documents, a document which is issued, upon request, to any applicant - natural person or legal entity.
2. According to the Law, the urban planning certificate does not substitute the building/demolition permit and does not grant the right to carry out construction works.

Granting assistance for home heating during the cold season*

Issuance of tax attestation certificate for legal entities regarding taxes, local taxes, and other revenues owed to the local budget*
The procedure is addressed to legal entities owning immovable and/or movable assets who have a qualified certificate with extended electronic signature and who request the issuance of the fiscal attestation certificate.
The fiscal attestation certificate is issued by the local tax authority at the request of the taxpayer/payer. The certificate is also issued at the request of public authorities in the cases and under the conditions provided by the legal regulations in force, as well as at the request of the public notary, based on the delegation given by the taxpayer.
