Change in the form of practicing the profession*
Any form of practicing the profession of mediator may change the address of its professional headquarters, contact information, or the names of the mediators registered in the name.
*Suspension of the practice of the mediator profession*
Mediators have the right to suspend their activity for a determined or undetermined period, based on a request addressed to the Council, to which they will attach documents according to legal provisions.

Authorization in the mediation profession*
The authorization of the mediator is carried out based on the individual application addressed to the Council, with the fulfillment of the conditions provided by Law 192/2006 regarding mediation and the organization of the mediator profession. A person who cumulatively meets the following conditions may become a mediator: a) has full legal capacity; b) has higher education; c) has at least 3 years of work experience; d) is medically fit to perform this activity; e) enjoys a good reputation and has not been finally convicted for committing an offense that would harm the prestige of the profession; f) has completed mediator training courses, under the law, or a postgraduate master's program in the field, accredited according to the law and approved by the Mediation Council.

*Resumption of activity of practicing the profession of mediator*
Mediators have the right to resume their activity after the end of the period during which their right to practice the profession was suspended, based on a request addressed to the Council, to which they will attach documents in accordance with legal provisions.
