This methodology establishes the procedure by which the recognition, within the University of Craiova, of the doctoral diploma and the title of doctor in sciences or in a professional field, obtained abroad, is carried out.

The provisions of this methodology apply to Romanian citizens, citizens of European Union member states, of the European Economic Area, of the Swiss Confederation, and citizens of third countries who have obtained the doctoral diploma and the title of doctor in sciences or in a professional field, obtained abroad in accredited higher education institutions from European Union member states, the European Economic Area, the Swiss Confederation, and in prestigious universities in other countries included in the "List of prestigious universities from other countries," approved by OMECTS no. 5825/2016 and updated periodically.
The documents presented in the file must be certified copies (according to GEO 41/2016). These must be in Romanian, authorized and legalized translation.

This methodology establishes the procedure for recognizing, within the University of Craiova, the status of PhD supervisor obtained at accredited higher education institutions abroad.

The provisions of this methodology apply to Romanian citizens, citizens of the Member States of the European Union, the European Economic Area, the Swiss Confederation, and citizens of third countries, who have obtained the status of PhD supervisor in accredited higher education institutions in Member States of the European Union, the European Economic Area, the Swiss Confederation, and in prestigious universities from other countries included in the “List of prestigious universities from other countries”, approved by OMECTS no. 5825/2016 and periodically updated.

The documents submitted in the file shall be in certified copy (according to GEO 41/2016). These shall be in Romanian, with authorized and legalized translation.

This methodology establishes the manner in which the automatic recognition, within the University of Craiova, of teaching positions obtained in accredited higher education institutions abroad is carried out.

The provisions of this methodology apply to Romanian citizens, citizens of the member states of the European Union, the European Economic Area, the Swiss Confederation, and citizens of third countries, who have obtained teaching positions in accredited higher education institutions in member states of the European Union, the European Economic Area, the Swiss Confederation, and in prestigious universities from other countries included in the "List of prestigious universities from other states," approved by OMECTS no. 5825/2016 and updated periodically.

The documents submitted in the dossier will be in certified copy (according to OUG 41/2016). These will be in Romanian, authorized and legalized translation.
