The procedure establishes the manner in which, within USAMVB Timișoara, the status of doctoral supervisor or habilitation obtained in accredited foreign higher education institutions is recognized.

This procedure establishes the way in which interested persons—Romanian citizens, citizens of member states of the European Union, the European Economic Area, the Swiss Confederation, and citizens of third countries—can benefit from the recognition of teaching positions obtained in other accredited higher education institutions based on international conventions of mutual recognition concluded at intergovernmental or inter-university level.
For the recognition of teaching positions by USAMVB Timișoara, interested persons must submit a recognition file.

The procedure establishes the manner in which, within USAMVB Timișoara, the teaching positions in university education obtained in accredited higher education institutions abroad, as provided in OM 5922/15.12.2016, are recognized.

This procedure establishes the way in which the automatic recognition is carried out, within the Banat University of Agricultural Sciences and Veterinary Medicine "King Mihai I of Romania" from Timișoara, of the doctoral diploma and the title of doctor in sciences obtained abroad. The provisions of this procedure apply to Romanian citizens, citizens of member states of the European Union, the European Economic Area, the Swiss Confederation, and citizens from third countries, who have obtained the status of doctoral supervisor in accredited higher education institutions from member states of the European Union, the European Economic Area, the Swiss Confederation, and in prestigious universities from other states included in the "List of prestigious universities from other states," approved by OMECTS no. 5825/2016 and periodically updated.
