In order to proceed with the issuance of a duplicate Membership Certificate of the College of Pharmacists of Romania, the applicant must submit the complete documentation at the headquarters of the Timis College of Pharmacists, in accordance with the provisions of Decision no. 4/2004 of the National Council of the College of Pharmacists of Romania, the documents listed below.
*Request for the Current Professional Certificate*
In accordance with the provisions of the Pharmacy Law no. 266/2008 in the consolidated form as published in the Official Gazette no. 448/30.06.2009 Part I, as well as the Application Norms published in the Official Gazette no. 538/03.07.2009 Part I, pharmacists who will hold the position of chief pharmacist in a pharmaceutical unit (in case of establishment of new pharmaceutical units, as well as changes of chief pharmacist - for those who will take over this role), should contact the county colleges to obtain the Current Professional Certificate.
- The validity of the Current Professional Certificate is 3 months from the date of issue;
- Within a maximum of three days from receiving the request for the issuance of the Current Professional Certificate, the territorial college will send the standard application to the College of Pharmacists of Romania for drafting and issuing the document;
- Within a maximum of 30 days from receiving the application, the College of Pharmacists of Romania will prepare the certificate and send it to the territorial college;
- The Current Professional Certificate will be issued by the College of Pharmacists of Romania which will draft and transmit it to the territorial college;
- The territorial college will prepare a registry of records – with identification details of the Current Professional Certificates issued to pharmacists in the respective county – and will hand them to the applicants against signed receipt.
To obtain the Current Professional Certificate, the pharmacist will submit to the territorial college a file which will include the documents attached below.
Registration in the College of Pharmacists of Romania*
The membership certificate is granted to pharmacists who, upon making an express request in this regard, meet the following conditions: hold an official pharmacy qualification title, are not in any case of unworthiness or incompatibility provided by law, are medically fit to practice the profession of pharmacist, have not interrupted the practice of the profession for more than 5 years or have obtained their bachelor's degree in the last 5 years, and have paid the registration fee. The fee is paid into the account of the territorial college RO61BTRLRONCRT0438543901 in the amount of 208 lei for persons who registered within 1 YEAR of graduation and 235 lei for other persons).

Resumption of membership*
Resuming membership is done on the basis of a request, which the applicant, the pharmacist, submits to the headquarters of the Territorial College, namely the Timis College of Pharmacists, through which they request the resumption of membership starting from a certain date.
