Transmission and registration of the file for granting ASF*
By the 5th of each month, the town halls/ DGASPC in the case of Bucharest Municipality are required to send, based on a summary sheet, the applications registered in the previous month, accompanied by supporting documents, to the County Agency for Payments and Social Inspection/ of Bucharest Municipality.
The town halls will upload the Summary Sheet and the Applications with the supporting documents in the Necessary Documents section.
*The submission and registration of the file for granting ICC and ASC*
By the 5th of each month, the city halls are required to submit, based on a summary sheet, the applications registered in the previous month, accompanied by supporting documents, to the County Agency for Payments and Social Inspection. The city halls will upload the Summary Sheet and Applications with supporting documents in the Required Documents section.
*Submission of documents for the granting of heating aid for housing with solid or petroleum fuels*
By April 30th, the town halls are required to submit the Centralized Situation regarding the beneficiaries of home heating aid with solid or petroleum fuels to the County Agency for Payments and Social Inspection. The town halls will upload the Cover Sheet and the Requests with supporting documents in the Necessary documents section.
*Transmission of documents for granting heating aid for housing with thermal energy*
By July 31, the city halls are required to send the Situation regarding the beneficiaries and the amount of aid for thermal energy, as well as the Centralizing Register including the beneficiaries of the aid for thermal energy and its amount, to the County Agency for Payments and Social Inspection.
The city halls will upload in the Required Documents section the Situation regarding the beneficiaries and the amount of aid for thermal energy and the Centralizing Register including the beneficiaries of the aid for thermal energy and its amount, certified by the mayor, after receiving it from the thermal energy supplier.
*Submitting documents for granting home heating aid with natural gas*
By July 31, the city halls are required to submit the Centralized Situation regarding the holders of home heating aid with natural gas to the County Agency for Payments and Social Inspection and the List containing the beneficiaries of the home heating aid with natural gas and its actual amount.
The city halls will upload in the Required Documents section the Centralized Situation regarding the holders of home heating aid with natural gas and the List containing the beneficiaries of the home heating aid with natural gas and its actual amount, certified by the mayor, after receiving it from the natural gas supplier.
*Transfer of file for granting GMI*
By the 5th of each month, the town halls are obliged to submit, based on a delivery note, the applications registered in the previous month, accompanied by supporting documents, to the County Agency for Payments and Social Inspection. The town halls will upload in the Required Documents section the delivery note and the applications with the supporting documents.
*Transmission of the file for granting social assistance, family support allowance, and home heating aid*
By the 5th of each month, city halls are required to submit, based on a summary sheet, the applications registered in the previous month, accompanied by supporting documents, to the County Agency for Payments and Social Inspection. The city halls will upload the Summary Sheet and the Applications with the supporting documents in the Required Documents section.
*The submission and registration of the file for granting the ICC*
By the 5th of each month, the local authorities are required to submit, based on a covering list, the applications registered in the previous month, accompanied by supporting documents, to the County Agency for Payments and Social Inspection. The local authorities will upload the Covering List and Applications with the supporting documents in the Required Documents section.
*Transmission of file for granting ASC*
By the 5th of each month, town halls are obliged to submit, based on a cover sheet, the applications registered in the previous month, accompanied by supporting documents, to the County Agency for Payments and Social Inspection. The town halls will upload the Cover Sheet and Applications with the supporting documents in the Required Documents section.
*Transmission of the file for granting insertion and ASC*
By the 5th of each month, the town halls are required to submit, based on a summary sheet, the applications registered in the previous month, accompanied by the supporting documents, to the County Agency for Payments and Social Inspection. The town halls will upload in the Required Documents section the Summary Sheet and the Applications with the supporting documents.
*Issuing the certificate for requesting the amounts left unpaid by the deceased person with disabilities*
Social benefits remaining uncollected by the deceased person with disabilities, representing the allowance and/or the complementary personal budget for the month in which the death occurred, and, as the case may be, the social benefits due and unpaid until death, shall be paid to the surviving spouse, children, parents or, in their absence, to other heirs, under the conditions of common law, upon their request. The amounts provided above may be requested from the territorial agency for payments and social inspection by the heir, within the general statute of limitations, based on the document attesting the status of heir, as well as, in the case where there are several heirs, a statement on their own responsibility that the other heirs do not request these amounts.

By the 5th of each month, the town halls are obliged to transmit, based on a borderou, the applications registered in the previous month, accompanied by supporting documents, to the County Agency for Payments and Social Inspection. The town halls will upload the Borderou and the Applications with the supporting documents in the Required Documents section.

By the 5th of each month, the city halls are required to submit, based on a summary sheet, the applications registered in the previous month, accompanied by supporting documents, to the County Agency for Payments and Social Inspection. The city halls will upload the Summary Sheet and the Applications with the supporting documents in the Required Documents section.
*Submission of documents for granting home heating aid with electric energy*
By July 31st, city halls are required to submit the Situation regarding the beneficiaries and the amount of subsidies for electricity. The summary sheet including the beneficiaries of the subsidy for home heating with electricity and its actual amount, to the County Agency for Payments and Social Inspection.
City halls will upload in the Required Documents section the Situation regarding the beneficiaries and the amount of subsidies for electricity and the summary sheet including the beneficiaries of the subsidy for home heating with electricity and its actual amount, certified by the mayor, after receiving it from the electricity provider.
