Operational procedure regarding the recognition of teaching positions in higher education obtained at an accredited educational institution abroad*
Through this procedure, the method is established by which UBdB automatically recognizes the teaching positions in higher education obtained in accredited foreign university institutions, according to the annex present in OM 5922 / 15.12.2016.

Operational procedure regarding the automatic recognition of the status of doctoral advisor or habilitation obtained in accredited higher education institutions abroad*
Through this procedure, the method of automatic recognition of the status of doctoral supervisor or habilitation obtained in an accredited foreign higher education institution, within UBdB, according to OM 5921 / 06.12.2016, is established.
The procedure applies to Romanian citizens, citizens of European Union member states, of the European Economic Area, of the Swiss Confederation, and of third states, who have obtained the status of doctoral supervisor in accredited higher education institutions from member states of the European Union, the European Economic Area, the Swiss Confederation, and prestigious universities in other states provided in the List of prestigious universities from other states, approved by Order of the Ministry of National Education no. 5462/2018 and updated periodically.
Only in the case of temporary exercise, the provisions of Law no. 200/2004 and art. 296 of LEN no. 1/2011 apply directly. Reserved, vacant, or temporarily vacant teaching positions are covered with priority by the tenured teaching staff of the institution or by associated teaching staff.
The exercise of the rights conferred by the status of doctoral supervisor and the occupation of a teaching position in the Romanian education system are carried out according to the legal regulations in force.

Operational procedure regarding the recognition of the doctoral diploma and the title of doctor in sciences or in a professional field, obtained abroad*
Through this procedure, the method of recognition of the doctoral diploma and the title of doctor in sciences or in a professional field at UBdB is established, according to OM 5923 / 06.12.2016.
The procedure applies to Romanian citizens, citizens of member states of the European Union, the European Economic Area, the Swiss Confederation, and third countries, who have obtained the title of doctor in accredited higher education or research and development institutions from member states of the European Union, the European Economic Area, the Swiss Confederation, in prestigious universities from other countries listed in the List of prestigious universities from other states, approved by order of the Ministry of National Education no. 5462/2018, or who are subject to an international mutual recognition agreement concluded at intergovernmental or interuniversity level.
Only in the case of temporary exercise, the provisions of Law no. 200/2004 and art. 296 of LEN no. 1/2011 apply directly. Reserved, vacant, or temporarily vacant teaching positions are filled with priority by the tenured teaching staff of the institution or by associated teaching staff.
The exercise of the rights conferred by the quality of doctoral supervisor and occupying a teaching position in the Romanian education system is carried out according to the legal norms in force.
The procedure applies only for enrollment in postgraduate study programs, for obtaining habilitation, for occupying a teaching position, or for occupying a research position within Bioterra University of Bucharest.
