By April 30th, city halls have the obligation to submit the Centralized Situation regarding the holders of home heating aids with solid or petroleum fuels to the County Agency for Payments and Social Inspection Călărași.
City halls will upload in the Required Documents section the Register and the Applications with supporting documents.

Submission of documents for granting heating aid for homes using electric energy*
Until July 31, the town halls have the obligation to submit the Situation regarding the beneficiaries and the amount of aid for electricity.
The list containing the beneficiaries of the aid for heating the home with electricity and its actual amount, to the Calarasi County Agency for Payments and Social Inspection.
The town halls will upload in the Necessary Documents section the Situation regarding the beneficiaries and the amount of aid for electricity and the list containing the beneficiaries of the aid for heating the home with electricity and its actual amount, certified by the mayor, after receiving it from the electricity supplier.
*Change of legal representative for receiving the state child allowance.*

By the 5th of each month, the city halls are required to submit, based on a summary sheet, the applications registered in the previous month, accompanied by supporting documents, to the Călărași County Agency for Social Payments and Inspection.
The city halls will upload the Summary Sheet and the applications with the supporting documents in the Required Documents section.

Until July 31, city halls are required to submit the Centralized Report regarding the holders of heating aid for homes with natural gas, to the Călărași County Agency for Payments and Social Inspection and the List containing the beneficiaries of the heating aid with natural gas and the actual amount thereof.
City halls will upload in the Required Documents section the Centralized Report regarding the holders of heating aid for homes with natural gas and the List containing the beneficiaries of the heating aid for homes with natural gas and the actual amount thereof, certified by the mayor, after receiving it from the natural gas supplier.

Issuance of the certificate for the request of amounts remaining uncollected by the deceased person with disabilities*
Social benefits remaining uncollected by the deceased person with disabilities, representing the allowance and/or the complementary personal budget for the month in which the death occurred, and, as the case may be, social benefits due and unpaid until death, are paid to the surviving spouse, children, parents or, in their absence, to other heirs, according to common law, at their request. The amounts mentioned above can be requested at the territorial agency for payments and social inspection by the heir, within the general statute of limitation, based on the document certifying the capacity of heir, as well as, in the case where there are several heirs, the statement on their own responsibility that the other heirs do not request these amounts.

By the 5th of each month, the town halls/ DGASPC in the case of Călărași County are obliged to send, based on a summary list, the requests registered in the previous month, accompanied by supporting documents, to the County Agency for Payments and Social Inspection of Călărași County.
